the healing journey
embark on your healing journey with transformative breathwork sessions that calm the mind, rejuvenate the body, and nurture the soul—unlock the power of mindful breathing for deep healing and personal growth.
Alongside art, I have always been deeply interested in spiritual and healing journeys. This passion led me to study nutrition and naturopathy in 2011, a journey that spanned four enriching years. During this period, I delved into the healing properties of food, plants, and flowers, uncovering the profound ways in which nature can support and restore our well-being. The knowledge I gained transformed my understanding of health, revealing the intricate connections between what we consume and how we feel. I regularly lead ceremonial cacao gatherings and female circling, where we come together to be inspired and guided by the spirit of mama Cacao.
I became fascinated with the concept of energy and its impact on our overall wellness. This curiosity drove me to pursue training as a Reiki practitioner, where I learned to harness and channel healing energy. I also trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a powerful tool for managing and releasing negative emotions.
After experiencing a particularly transformative breathwork retreat, I decided to pursue a Breathwork facilitator training with Alchemy of Breath.
I now guide artists and creatives through transformative conscious connected breathwork sessions to unlock deeper states of awareness and their inner essence, empowering them in their lives and creative expression.

'Nadia enabled my profound experience and for that I am deeply grateful. I found her presence calming, reassuring and restful. I liked the way she narrated throughout, and then gently brought us back in the room. A really positive experience.'
